Pricing & Payment Methods

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Prices listed within the webstore do not include delivery charges which will be automatically calculated within the checkout process. All purchases are processed via PayPal.

Security

All information is protected using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption which prevents unauthorised access to your card details protecting all areas of our site that requires your personal information.

Privacy

Your personal details are exactly that, we are committed in respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.

Order Cancellations

Once you have placed an order a receipt is automatically sent to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract as orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity or any reason or circumstance as we see fit. If we cancel an order following your payment we will refund that payment to you and will have no further obligations or liabilities to you.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you would like to return your purchase, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods.

If you need to return or exchange any goods ensure to contact us at crosshatchsales@gmail.com briefly outlining your reason within 48 hours of receiving your order. Ensure to include your order number and all relevant contact details. We will then issue you with a Return Authority number, you will then have 7 days from the date of issue of your RA# in which you must return the product/s at your expense. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and returned at your expense.

We accept exchanges or will issue a store credit only on product/s that have remained in original condition from dispatch (new, all tags attached, unwashed, unworn, no damage, no soiling, footwear boxes undamaged).
All product/s returned will be rigorously assessed prior to proceeding with an exchange or store credit. Any postage on an item returned will be at the customers expense as will the amount in resending any goods back to the customer.
A store credit is issued for the value of the goods purchased not for any postage costs incurred and valid for 3 months only.
Any items that do not meet the return criteria outlined will be returned immediately at the customers expense.
There will be no returns accepted on any sale items or special orders.
Items purchased via our online store may also be exchanged within our physical store strictly within 7 days of receiving your goods. Proof of purchase is required (no exceptions) with items to be in original condition from dispatch (new, all tags attached, unwashed, unworn, no damage, no soiling, footwear boxes undamaged).
